Technically there’s no difference because Spanish people pronounce the ‘v’ like a ‘b’. That’s at least what my Cuban Spanish teacher said. But it could be there’s a difference between South American Spanish and European Spanish. So in Spain they might say Xavi with ‘v’. No clue, just wanted to mention it.
